The Southland Phase 1 project in Wong Chuk Hang, led by Road King Infrastructure, recorded another duplex mansion sale today (June 10) at a transaction price of HK$55 million.
The latest unit sold is a seafront duplex at 41st and 42nd floors, Block 1A, Unit C. It has a usable area of 1,285 square feet and a 367-square-foot rooftop, featuring a four-bedroom suite layout. The unit offers an expansive and spectacular view of the Deep Water Bay Marina and was sold via tender including a parking space for HK$55 million, with a discounted unit price of HK$42,802 per square foot.
Road King Infrastructure's Director of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Ngan King-fung, stated that after this sale, only one unit remains available for sale in the entire Southland project. As the first completed residential project above Wong Chuk Hang Station, the project is nearly fully sold, reflecting strong demand from high-end buyers for quality luxury homes and confidence in the future of Hong Kong's luxury property market.
